What types of dishes are taught in these classes?

Chef Ted can teach almost anything you would like to learn. Just ask!

Past classes have included French, Italian, and New American dishes, as well as vegetarian options and comfort food favorites.

Do I need cooking experience?

No. Classes are designed to be accessible for beginners but engaging for experienced home cooks as well.

Are private classes available?

Yes. Private sessions can be arranged for small groups, couples, or families. These are especially popular for celebrations and weekend getaways.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

In most cases, yes. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to adapt the menu.

Where are the classes held?

Classes take place in Chef Ted’s home kitchen in Bridgewater Corners, Vermont.

Do we eat what we make?
